Order Changes and Cancellations

FeeLIT Records may cancel orders before fulfillment. Product availability is not guaranteed, even if shown as in stock. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or at the start of a digital download.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. FeeLIT Records is not liable for cosmetic damage during transit or for items lost in the mail. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. If we determine that a product is defective or incorrect, we may replace it (if available) or issue a refund. Returns require prior authorization. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
